Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I spent my Christmas at this hotel and it was wonderful. The rooftop pool area was a bit small but the ambiance and the view of the surrounding area were fantastic. The short walk to the beach and the pleasant ten-minute walk along the seafront to the old town were also a plus. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, the food was incredible, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner, and the modern and spacious rooms were spotlessly clean.

Although my stay was fantastic, I lost power and water twice within 2 days, which was an unfortunate and uncomfortable experience. It was especially disappointing after returning from the beach and badly needing a shower.

The service is impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre is a must-visit for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are both stunning, and the Jacuzzi is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the views. The rooftop pool and sun terrace are especially impressive, offering a truly breathtaking experience. The restaurant and bar/lounge area are both fantastic, serving up delicious cuisine and refreshing cocktails. the location advantages are also noteworthy, as the hotel is situated in a beautiful area with easy access to the beach and other attractions.

There is only one minor issue that we noticed during our stay at this hotel. The seasonal outdoor pool could be a bit larger, as it was only big enough for dipping, not for laps.

This hotel is situated close to the beachfront and offers a pleasant ten-minute walk to the centre. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the area on foot. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The daily room service, including floor mopping, was a great touch. The breakfast buffet selection was excellent, and the dinner menu had nice options. The massage facilities were open and great quality. The staff, especially the restaurant and bar team, were exceptional and provided a memorable experience.

The rooftop pool and sun lounging area might be small, and it could get crowded during peak seasons.

The rooms at Minos Ambassador Suites & Spa were amazing! They had everything we needed like a desk, coffee machine, fridge, and even a minibar. The flat-screen TV and balcony with a city view were a great bonus. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and modern. We felt like royalty with the premium bedding and pillow options. As a guest who values comfort and convenience, this room had it all.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the air conditioning. I know others might appreciate it, but I like to have more control over the temperature in my room.

Esteemed guests like myself were also welcomed to enjoy a genuine well-being experience of leisure, pleasure, gastronomy, and wellness within the premises of this resort. I loved that all food & beverage departments and the outdoor swimming pool were located on the roof of the hotel. The 24-hour air conditioning, WiFi, parking lot, gym, spa, reception.

My only minor issue during my stay at Minos Ambassador Suites & Spa - Adults Only was with the reception facilities and staff.
